Spanish: A Global Language for Today’s Business World
The courses may be delivered individually or in groups and are tailored to the participants’ objectives, language level and availability. Lessons can take place online, at the Instituto Cervantes London, or on the company’s premises.
This format is particularly well suited to organisations seeking to combine Spanish language learning with a shared activity that promotes communication, team cohesion and the professional development of their staff.
Blended independent AVE Spanish Courses with 1:1 Zoom tutorials
Whether you are a complete beginner or already have some knowledge of Spanish, if you would like to study independently while benefiting from the support of a personal tutor to practise speaking and improve your oral communication skills, this is the ideal option for you.
Levels available
Available at all levels, from Initial 1 (A1.1) to Advanced (C1.4).
What's Included
- Interactive online activities through the Moodle platform.
- Self-assessment tests with immediate results.
- Five individual 45-minute tutoring sessions via Zoom videoconference.
Duration
10 weeks (approximately 4-5 hours of study per week).
Start Dates
Courses begin during the first and third week of each month.
Fees
£393 per course
How to Enrol
Step 1: Placement Test
- If you already have some knowledge of Spanish, you must first complete the AVE Global placement test.
- If you are a complete beginner, proceed directly to Step 2.
Step 2: Arrange the Dates and Times of Your Zoom Tutoring Sessions
Once your level has been established, please contact aclon1@cervantes.es to arrange the dates and times of your Zoom sessions.
Please note that tutor sessions take place every two weeks. Between sessions, you will work independently through the Moodle platform, allowing you to raise any questions and discuss your progress with your tutor during the following session.
Step 3: Complete Payment to Finalise Your Enrolment
The team at aclon1@cervantes.es will provide instructions for payment by bank transfer or debit/credit card.
Course Cancellation
Course cancellations are subject to the Institute's general terms and conditions.
Rescheduling or Cancelling Zoom Sessions
Students must notify aclon1@cervantes.es in writing at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to reschedule a scheduled session. Requests received with less than 24 hours' notice, or sent to any other email address, will not be accepted and the session will be considered as delivered.
A maximum of two rescheduled or cancelled tutor sessions per course is permitted.
