Levels

Courses are offered at six levels, from A1 to C2, and are divided into modules of 30 or 60 hours. The level structure corresponds to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The CEFR aims to achieve greater consistency and transparency among EU member countries in the study of foreign languages. This helps to increase mobility within member states, facilitate the mutual recognition of language certificates, and promote cooperation between educational institutions in different countries. The CEFR defines levels that determine linguistic ability in the areas of communicative competence, active and receptive skills, and language competence for specific purposes.

To access A1.1 level courses, no previous knowledge of Spanish is required. To enrol in the other levels, it is necessary to be a former student or to pass a placement test.
