Spanish speakers worldwide exceed 630 million.
The native Spanish-speaking community surpassed 500 million speakers in 2025 for the first time, reaching up to 520 million.Spanish allows you to travel across more than 20 Spanish-speaking countries and discover the richness of their cinema, literature, music, architecture, and the vast diversity of their gastronomy.
According to the British Council report “Languages for the Future,” Spanish is the most necessary foreign language across all fields. It is also one of the easiest languages to learn, and speaking it will open the door to other Romance languages.
Of the G20, the group of 20 industrialized and emerging countries, four speak Spanish, making our common language an essential tool in the business world.
Spanish is the second most used language on the internet, on social media, and on the official websites of international organizations, second only to English.
Spain is the most biologically diverse country in Europe, the second-most visited country in the world by international tourists, and the country with the second-highest number of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
