ASSOCIATIONS

Instituto Cervantes Dublin works closely with ATS. The Association of Spanish Teachers in Ireland is a professional organisation that brings together teachers of Spanish from public and private schools and secondary schools across Ireland.
The Association’s overall aim is to promote the teaching of Spanish. It provides practical support for Spanish teachers and encourages contact, collaboration and the exchange of ideas among teachers of Spanish in Ireland.

The Association of Hispanists of Great Britain and Ireland (AHGBI) is a professional association of academics and researchers working across all areas of Hispanic and Lusophone Studies in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
The Association covers a highly diverse field, both geographically — including Spain, Portugal, Ibero-America and other Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking regions of the world — and in terms of its areas of study, which include language, literature, film, popular culture, visual culture, music and history.
AHGBI promotes research and advanced study across all these fields and represents the interests of its academic community at both national and international level.

ELEinÉirinn is dedicated to promoting excellence in Spanish language teaching through a collaborative platform that enables educators to share valuable resources, up-to-date research and effective teaching methods.
We focus on supporting professional development, encouraging innovative teaching approaches and highlighting the importance of multilingualism and cultural diversity in today’s globalised world.
