Instituto Cervantes Kuala Lumpur offers a wide range of specialised Spanish language courses throughout the year, depending on demand.

The courses currently available are as follows:

Consolidation courses

Instituto Cervantes Kuala Lumpur’s special consolidation courses are designed for students who wish to reinforce their knowledge of a particular level, either because they completed it some time ago or because they have just finished it and would like to strengthen certain language skills and contents.

These courses differ from our general courses, as they consist of 20 teaching hours.

Consolidation courses are offered during some of our terms, depending on student demand and at the discretion of the centre coordinator.

Consolidation courses are usually offered at three levels:

A1 Consolidation
A2 Consolidation
B1 Conversation

DELE preparation courses

Instituto Cervantes Kuala Lumpur offers preparation courses for the DELE Spanish Diplomas. These courses are offered individually or in small groups, are taught entirely online, and consist of 10 hours of instruction.

During these courses, students — who should already have an approximate command of the DELE level they wish to take — become familiar with the exam format and practise the different tasks with our teachers. In addition, teachers provide tips and recommendations to help students approach the exam with greater confidence.

These courses are not compulsory for registering for the DELE exam, but they are highly recommended to help students become familiar with the format and the different sections of the exams for obtaining the DELE Spanish Diploma.

Students enrolled in DELE preparation courses are entitled to a 20% discount on the official DELE exam registration fee.

DELE

DELE Spanish diplomas

These diplomas are the only internationally recognised official qualifications certifying proficiency in the Spanish language awarded by the Spanish Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports. In Malaysia, these examinations are organised by Instituto Cervantes.
