Our Cultural Activities

It is our responsibility to inform you of the guidelines we have established to ensure that our activities appropriately take place and that everyone can enjoy them:

• Please turn off your mobile phones and avoid talking loudly, making excessive noise, or entering and leaving the auditorium during performances.
• Our facilities are wheelchair accessible, and an elevator is available at the main entrance on West Ohio Street.
• At Instituto Cervantes, we make every effort to ensure that performances begin on time. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask that you arrive early. We recommend arriving 20 to 30 minutes before the start of the event.
• The duration of each program may vary, but it is generally approximately one hour and fifteen minutes without an intermission.
• The use of cameras, video cameras, or recording devices may distract both the artist and the audience; therefore, their use is not permitted.
• Purchased tickets can be collected at the reception desk.
• Instituto Cervantes reserves the right to cancel an activity or modify the dates, programs, and announced guests. Should this occur, we will announce the changes by email or on our website.
• When purchasing tickets or confirming your attendance, we recommend providing your email address so that we can contact you immediately in the event of any changes to the program.
• We offer an unattended coat check at the entrance to the auditorium.
• Food and beverages are not permitted inside the auditorium.
• Unless otherwise indicated, auditorium seating is not numbered and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
