The Instituto Cervantes London offers general Spanish courses, both in-person and online, designed to develop students’ ability to understand, speak, read and write in Spanish.

Our courses are taught by highly qualified and experienced language professionals who employ the most current and effective approaches to foreign language teaching. To ensure the highest standards of instruction, all our teachers engage in ongoing professional development and training.

We offer courses at all levels, from beginner to advanced, and our communicative methodology enables students to develop their language skills progressively and with confidence.

General courses comprise 30 teaching hours, and students can choose from different study formats:

5- or 6-week courses (6 or 5 hours per week)
10-week courses (3 hours per week)
12-week courses (2.5 hours per week)

Courses are structured in accordance with the six levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR): A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2.

We also offer specialised courses for children and teenagers, designed to meet the needs of younger learners at different stages of their Spanish language development.
